The capital of our affiliate Pamukova Electricity Production Inc., in which our company holds a 49% stake, is currently 95,000,000 TL. It has been decided to increase this capital to 1,150,000,000 TL to 1,150,000,000 TL, was registered on 05.06.2024 (today).
