At the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company held on July 31, 2025 (today);
In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1, it was decided to appoint Mr. Yavuz BEZGİN, who holds Capital Markets Activities Level 3, Corporate Governance Rating, and Derivative Instruments Licenses, as Investor Relations Department Manager and Corporate Governance Committee Member.
