Application for Trading on the US-based OTCQX Market

In order to increase the corporate visibility of our Company and strengthen its foreign investor base, an agreement was signed today, July 10, 2025, with an authorized consulting firm within the scope of the application to be made for the trading of our Company's shares on the US-based OTCQX Market.
