2023 Dividend Distribution Proposal

At our company's board of directors meeting dated October 1, 2024,
in accordance with our company's dividend distribution policy, it was decided to submit the matter of distributing a total cash dividend of 17,500,000 TL (gross), equivalent to 25.00% of our company's issued capital, as per the dividend distribution table attached, to the general assembly for approval.
